Meet The Team!
Toby Rudge
Operations Director & Gloucester Branch Manager
Before launching HR Employment with Claire in 2021, Toby held a senior recruiter’s role within a successful national recruitment agency. Previous to this Toby has held senior management roles over the past 20 years within privately owned establishments as well as some big corporate properties throughout the hospitality industry.
With his management experience and knowledge, Toby has risen to become a successful Operations Director and has manged the process to successfully obtain HR Employments Gangmasters Licence. Toby has been personally involved with the recruitment and selection process of the HR team as well as training, development and management of the team HR Employment is today. By bringing his experience to HR Employment Toby is in a great position to assist companies with all aspects of their recruitment process.
As an experienced Manager Toby will continue to work towards attracting the highest standard of employees and assist the team in placing these candidates in top level organisations throughout the country and retaining these clients by ensuring only the best service levels and support is delivered by HR Employment.
Toby is seen as the ‘go to’ person in HR Employment Office for most things both work related and personal. Toby is now keen to oversee the expansion of HR Employment into a multi office network across many regions within England & Wales. Outside of work Toby is an avid follower of motorsport, a keen fisherman and rambler, getting out whenever he can and is a proud “young” Grandad to his beautiful Grandchildren.
Anna is our Commercial, Skilled and Technical Recruitment Consultant, responsible for resourcing some of our most complex experienced candidates.
Previous to her position at HR Employment Anna was an integral part of TSB’s customer service division. It was here she gained a passion for supporting her customers and going above and beyond her job description. Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting which has proved valuable with her role as a commercial consultant. She gained knowledge in engineering from childhood as her Godfather owned an engineering business. This has proved invaluable in her ability to resource for the technical sector. She has grown to excel in both divisions.
Anna is full of energy and starts her day with a smile and positive outlook which is extremely infectious. She loves Learning and believes the best lessons come from critical situations that arise.
Anna’s favourite part of her role is the joy of the perfect match. The ideal candidate to their perfect position, finding candidates new careers and especially encouraging growth in existing positions. She has an eye for recognising potential and ensures the recruitment process is as smooth as possible for both candidate and client.
Outside of work Anna is captain of the Cheltenham Volleyball club as she loves to drive her team to success and is now part of the national league. She is also a proud mum to her daughter and her Cockapoo.

Iwona Hadamik
Recruitment Consultant
Iwona has been working in recruitment for almost 10 years. She joined HR Employment in 2021. With her previous experience and knowledge, she is excellent at supporting the team and developing their confidence. Previous to her position in HR Employment Iwona worked for a national recruitment agency and was also a Paramedic! Guess who is the office First aider!
Iwona’s passion for recruitment is vast and the challenges it brings daily. She sees her role as opening a box of surprises every day. Interviewing candidates, understanding their abilities and really getting to know them is what drives her. She enjoys meeting new clients and gathering information about their “ideal world “requirements and then exceeding their expectations with her service levels.
Iwona’s capabilities as a recruitment consultant are exemplary. She is positive, dedicated, hardworking and a committed member of the HR Employment family. Iwona continually strives for success and she enjoys supporting our trainees ensuring they reach their full potential.
Iwona is married with a young daughter. She enjoys family days out and her little yorkie mentos. Iwona keeps fit by being an active part in the Cheltenham volley ball club and is now in the national league.
Sarah has over 13 years of recruitment experience across many sectors including commercial, industrial, Finance & Accountancy and even recruitment to recruitment. Sarah gained her experience through a few national Agencies at Branch Management level and has experience of bringing on National Accounts.
Sarah enjoys socialising in her spare time and aside from her family and her cats, Sarah’s great love is holidaying on Cruise Ships with her husband and friends. Sarah says “Paying for those trips keeps me incentivised to be successful in everything I do”.

Petronela Buzuleac
Recruitment Consultant
Petronela is our newest consultant. Petronela is the first face of HR Employment and is the professional welcoming face our candidates see as they come into the office to register with us. Petronela has been with HR Employment for just over a year now and fitted straight into the team bringing a new dynamic to the office.
Previously Petronela has worked as a machinist and an industrial candidate so understands the journey a candidate takes but ensures that HR Employment makes that journey the best it can be. Petronela supports the other consultants ensuring only the right candidates are selected.
In Petronela’s own words “I Always try to keep a smile on my face no matter what life throws at me. I believe that one act of kindness can change a person’s life”. Outside of work Petronela enjoys painting, long walks and fishing.
